The Egyptian Slogan for World AIDS Campaign 2008 is ' Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise - STAY WITH US' , 'أوقفوا الإيدز. حافظوا على الوعد - خليك معانا' .

In Egypt, the World AIDS Campaign focus is on :
  • Advocate among decision makers and especially health professionals for improved access to quality care, support, and treatment for PLHIV..
  • Highlight individual action at the community level related to HIV response including prevention, accessing services and combating stigma and discrimination related to HIV and AIDS.
