Caption: The WAC 2010 theme is “Universal Access to treatment, prevention, care and support” and with this picture I wanted to bring across a message of hope and responsibility. We cannot just ignore people who are suffering of HIV and AIDS, all they need is care and love as even with HIV they can live a rewarding life. We have to stop not-caring about them.

2nd : The Future is in her hands

Caption: Challenging misconceptions and fighting stigma and discrimination on HIV/AIDS in Egypt is the most important step anyone can do in order to help supporting people affected and infected by the virus. The subject of this picture is a call for inclusion and care other than rejection and ignorance, the little girl wrapped in a red ribbon represent the first, much needed, step to give hope of a better future to new generations .

Caption:The red ribbon is surrounding the baby’s tiny body, it holds him from falling and protects him. The red ribbon is the symbol of the fight against HIV and AIDS since 1991 and it represents the hope of a decent life for many people, in this picture the ribbon holding the baby symbolize support and care for an innocent human being. A baby can be born already HIV positive as to demonstrate that HIV and AIDS does not discriminate, people do.
